Education and training is a step towards food safety; they combine theory with practice. How many times have we had good laws but those who had to apply them did not know or understand what they meant? Therefore, education and training are key elements of any program, but their true meaning is not always measured at fair value.

First of all, it should be noted that the terms education and training are often used synonymously, but have different meanings. Education is usually defined as the process of learning and obtaining information. This can be done to have a job, graduate from college, or more generally to develop thinking and judgment.
Learning is the process of teaching a person (or animal) a certain skill or behavior. An important difference between study and study is that test subjects can learn to practice behaviors while learning without having to always know or think about why.
In education, test subjects receive knowledge and motivation to make the right decisions and decisions. Both education and training are required for food safety professionals.
Management should ensure that the officer in charge has adequate training and further education to carry out his duties. If this does not happen, management should be held responsible for all subsequent incidents.
